About Us
Alvarenga International, LLC is a construction and project-support company serving clients in the Washington, D.C. region and El Salvador. Our foundation comes from hands-on experience constructing homes in the Washington, D.C. area—work we continue today. We created Alvarenga International to bring that construction experience, professional discipline, and commitment to accountability across borders. Through our Alvarenga Tours brand, we assist Salvadorans living abroad, international buyers, and investors who are building homes in El Salvador. We provide bilingual coordination, professional due diligence, construction monitoring, project documentation, and structured client reporting.

Independent Construction Monitoring
We provide consistent, on-site monitoring throughout the construction process. Our team documents visible progress, follows up on key project developments, and maintains communication with the professionals involved. This provides clients abroad with greater visibility into the status of their investment.
Documentation and Client Reporting
Clients receive structured weekly reports that may include photographs, video documentation, progress observations, and relevant project updates.
